A Nigerian man has sparked controversial conversation on social media after he narrated the story of how a friend broke up with his girlfriend after she received a lingerie gift from a male friend.
The young man who shared the story on Twitter revealed that the lady has received lingerie from the same male friend three times.
According to the Twitter user, his friend found the gift given by the unidentified man uncomfortable and disrespectful to a lady who is in a relationship.
He expressed that the male friend could have gotten her a cake or pizza, adding that the man bought her the lingerie when he knew she was in a relationship.
The Twitter user further noted that the lady called his friend insecure after he broke up with her over the lingerie gift.
