- He could make a return in his side's match against Manchester United

Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante on Friday evening, November 3, arrived training in race to be fit for his side's Premier League clash against Manchester United on Sunday.

The French midfielder has missed the last six matches with a hamstring injury with the Premier League champions only keeping one clean sheet in his absence.

Kante now looks set to return for the visit of former Blues boss Jose Mourinho and his Red Devils side on Sunday, November 5 for the crunch Stamford Bridge showdown.

"Yes, N'Golo Kante is is progressing well, and I am happy with the development because he is one of our important players.

"We also have tomorrow and then I will take the best decision for him and the team.

"I am very happy to see his progress, we are talking about an important player,'' Chelsea coach Antonio Conte explained.

NAIJ.com had earlier reported how N'Golo Kante suffered an injury while on international duty, and he has been out of action since October 2017.
