Italian club Inter Milan have sent a strong message to Premier League club Arsenal after putting star midfielder Joao Mario on sale.

The 24-year-old Portuguese professional footballer is said to be Arsenal's major target ahead of the January 2018 transfer window.

And according to the report by Tuttosport via TMW, the player will be available for £26 million in January which is just 18 months after joining Inter in a £40m move from Sporting Lisbon.

The report also stated that the Midfielder has started just three games for Inter Milan this season after falling out of Luciano Spalletti's plans.

And Mario could now be on his way to the Premier League with Premier League side Arsenal believed to be interested in his services.
