Outrage after footage of Mugabe's son seen pouring champagne over $60 000 watch surfaces

Breifly.co.za learned from news24.co.za that the video shows an unidentified person pouring champagne from a bottle of Armand de Brignac gold over both of their watches.

The champagne in question sells for thousands of Rands a bottle. The film is not clear enough to see if the watch being drenched in champagne is the same one that Bellarmine posted on his Instagram account with the caption, "$60 000 on the wrist when your daddy run the whole country ya know!!!"

The extravagant lifestyle of Mugabe's children has sparked outrage from Zimbabweans who are struggling to make ends meet in a country with over 90% unemployment.

Bellarmine must have inherited his love of fine things from his mother, Grace Mugabe, who is currently involved in a court battle to recover part of a $1.3-million diamond ring deal which she claims was sub-standard.
