Ronaldo who was superb last season for Real Madrid has now identified the departure of the likes of Alvaro Morata, James Rodriquez and Pepe as the major rationale his team are struggling this term.
''The players who have come in have great potential, But Pepe, Morata and James Rodriguez made us stronger and now the team is younger.
''It’s not a worse squad, but it has less experience and that is very important though it is not an excuse. I’m happy and don’t want to set off alarms,'' Ronaldo explained.
