A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to reveal how she was reportedly harassed by a police officer while on her way home at midnight.
The Instagram user, who was identified as Estellar Adebayo (@its.yemaya), disclosed that she was on her way home only to find out that her gate was locked because it was past midnight. Then she met some policemen on the way who demanded for money but he refused to give them any money.
Her refusal made one of them harass her by giving her bruises on the face. This made a share several videos from the scene on her handle.

She shared the videos with the caption: “Nigerian police is a lot I’m so tired of this we were searched tonight on our way home and because i was telling one of the officers that they lock my estate gate by twelve he hit me and harassed me I have a bruise on my face this is the most stupid thing all because they are looking for money we need to stop police brutality.”

It was earlier reported that on Tuesday, January 23, a male police officer was spotted lying on the mud floor. The young man was reported to have been drunk before going to sleep in the mud.
