A woman who had released dance videos of herself while she was pregnant has finally put to bed. The lady identified as Nkateko Maswanganyeza shared adorable photos of her newborn beautiful bouncing baby girl.

The new mother also revealed that her baby who was delivered on Sunday, January 14, is named Sana Dinwiddy. In a post she shared on Instagram, the lady also thanked her husband for standing by her side through labour.

Maswanganyeza also shared beautiful photos of her baby who is now ten days old. She explained that her body is recovering from the labour. She also stated that activity during pregnancy has helped her a lot.

The woman who is a choreographer stayed active during her pregnancy by making dance videos and doing lots of exercise. She also revealed that she is trying to wake up her muscles before she starts active work.

She wrote: “10 days #postpartum and I’m still letting my body recover naturally. I’m fueling my body with foods and liquids that it needs especially because I’m breast feeding. Being active before and during my pregnancy has helped my body so much during recovery. Today I’m going for a walk for the first time to try slowly wake up my body and muscles. My aim is for my body to recover 100% before I do anything hectic.”
