Pastor E.A Adeboye has certainly had an interesting life experience from growing up in a humble Christian home to becoming one of the most powerful men of God in Nigeria.
Born on March 2, 1942 in Ifewara, Osun state into a poor family, he lacked certain privileges but that did not stop him from pursuing his life goals as he completed his education and became a lecturer. He eventually went on to became the general overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God in 1981.
Today, he is considered one of the most influential pastors in Nigerian with his church parishes spread all across the country. In order to celebrate the great man of God as he turns 76, here are 4 throwback photos of him:
