Arsenal players divided over high differences in wages

- Arsenal dressing room is reportedly in crisis following poor string of results

- Reports say that players have clashed over the wages of players that earn big

- The Gunners have lost four matches in a row in all competitions

Premier League side, Arsenal, are reportedly having a dressing room divide following the wages of Mesut Ozil, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The Gunners are enduring a poor run of form lately after suffering their fourth consecutive defeat including Ostersund then twice against Manchester City and Brighton.

Mesut Ozil had a contract extension in January with a £350,000-a-week wage while Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang were handed £200,000 and £180,000 after switching from Manchester United and Dortmund respectively.

However long serving Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere have been unable to agree personal terms with the club as the England player has been handed reduction in wages, which he has rejected.

The Welshman on the other hand, has not agreed personal terms with the management and it is expected he could leave the club in the summer for free.

Express Uk reports that the mouth watering contracts of the aforementioned trio are believed to be causing resentment among some of their teammates, which is bringing disunity into the squad in matches played.

The report also suggests that a meeting was held amongst players to resolve the problems on the pitch.
