- Dani carvajal says Alvaro Morata may return to Real Madrid
- Morata has been out of form for Chelsea in recent times
- The Spanish forward has been left out of the national team
Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has said that sees Alvaro Morata returning to the Bernabeu as the striker is currently struggling at Chelsea.
The misfiring striker has previously hinted at a third spell with the Blancos, and Carvajal has said that he would welcome him back.
Carvajal would welcome the frontman back, telling El Transistor when asked if he sees Morata taking in a third spell with the Blancos: “Yes, he’s a good friend and a very good player.”
"He is eager to make his mark at Chelsea, with there a determination to play his way into form, but Madrid will always be home."
The 25-year-old left Real for £70m in the summer in pursuit of regular first team football with the London club.

A flurry of seven goals in eight appearances had suggested the Blues invested wisely in bringing the Spanish international to Stamford Bridge.
However Antonio Conte appears to have lost faith in the misfiring frontman, while he has also been omitted from the latest Spain squad that will face Germany and Argentina later in March.
Morata is still held in high regard at Real as an academy graduate who helped the club to two La Liga titles and two Champions League crowns, and a return to his roots has been mooted.

Morata told Movistar in an interview in February that he could one day return to the Spanish capital.
“Obviously I have to respect Chelsea, who made a huge effort to sign me and I'm very happy here.
“But Madrid will always be Madrid for me,” he said.
Chelsea are four points off the pace to the Premier League top four trailing Liverpool in fourth and Tottenham Hotspurs in third.
The Blues hopes of winning a trophy in Europe was dashed after losing to a brilliant Barcelona side by 4-1 on aggregate.
Conte's side still have a last gasp for a silverware this season as they face Leicester City in the FA Cup quarter finals.
