President Muhammadu Buhari has declared that he is on the seat of presidency to serve all Nigerians.
The president said his interest is for all Nigerians across ethnicity and religion.
Daily Trust reports that the president while hosting the Grand Khalifa of Tijjaniya, Sheikh Ahmed Tijjani Ibrahim Inyass at Presidential Villa in Abuja on Wednesday, June 20, said Nigeria’s rapid development would remain a driving force for his administration.

The senior special assistant on media and publicity for the president, Garba Shehu, acknowledged the overwhelming support of Nigerians and the confidence reposed in his administration.
Buhari said: “We are very pleased with the prayers and support of the Tijjaniya to this administration and I assure you our interest is for all Nigerians, across ethnicity and religion.
“I know you are praying for the stability and prosperity of this country," he said.
Also appreciating the cleric from Senegal for the visit listed the importance of the religious group in promoting good governance in Nigeria.

“I feel highly honoured, on behalf of my country, that the Sheikh has found time to come and see us, while he is here to commiserate with the families of late Sheikh Isyaku Rabiu.
“The Sheikh is in Nigeria where he has vast followers and we have people across families who go to Senegal every year, as much as a lot of people go to Mecca, to visit the tomb of your great father,’’ Buhari said.
Also speaking, Inyass commended Buhari for the good job he is doing in Nigeria.
Inyass said: ‘‘It is evident for all to see.’’
“More than 40 million Tijjanyia’s are praying for your success because we believe the Almighty Allah has chosen you to lead Nigeria at this time and to actualise the dream of a great country,” Inyass said.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that President Buhari signed the 2018 budget at the Presidential Villa on Wednesday, June 20.
The president said despite the delay of the signing of the 2018 budget, he is determined to continue to work with the National Assembly towards improving the budgeting process.
He also said his administration is focused on restoring Nigeria to the January-December fiscal cycle.
