A 40-year-old man has put his wedding ring up for sale on a multiinternational e-commerce site after his new bride ran off with her lover just 16 days after their wedding ceremony.
The man identified as Andy Mitchell had tied the knot with 21-year-old Meaghuan in Mexico on Sunday, June 3. It was gathered that Meaghuan had started the affair with her lover few days to her wedding.
According to Metro, the 21-year-old had left her new husband for her lover 16 days after the wedding. It was gathered that the couple had spent 30,000 pounds (N14,226,600) on the Mexico wedding.

Mitchell had taken to eBay to sell the two wedding rings in other to cut his losses. The heartbroken man had also shared a post on Facebook announcing that his new wife had left.
He revealed that he had caught her when he took her phone and discovered that she was having an affair. The man stated that she had started having the affair on the day of her bridalshower.

"Hi, recently I got married in Mexico on the 3rd of June and this was the wedding set I used while Meaghan Mitchell said her marriage vows. However, six days later I found out she started having an affair on her hen night and it carried on for eight weeks through our dream wedding. We had no secrets. We trusted each other completely and I managed to get her phone off her and locked her outside. I read all the messages and took pictures."

The man also claimed that Meaghuan's family are all disappointed in her decision after they attended the lavish wedding in Mexico.
Meanwhile, Meaghaun admitted to having an affair, stating that she was young when she started dating Mitchell.
She said: "We know what we’ve done and take full responsibility. I was young and naive when I first got with him."
