NAIJ.com earlier shared details of the burial rites of late Ras Kimono who passed on Sunday, June 10. The deceased was transported to his Onicha Olona ancestral home in the Aniocha local government area of Delta state, where fans, family and friends gathered to pay their last respect to the legend.
During the ceremony, where many artistes performed in honour of late Ras Kimono, a fight broke out between veteran musician, Daddy Showkey and an unidentified man who was punched off the stage.
Speaking to Goldmyne TV, Showkey revealed that the man deserved what he got for disrespecting him and Ras Kimono's cousin. According to him, he was asked to manage the stage and man the activities happening on it. The certain man came up with an artist, disrupting the organisation of the program and got a jab from Daddy Showkey for undermining his rules regarding performances on the stage.

The circumstances surrounding the passing of the dreadlocked music legend remain a mystery. Reports revealed he had been rushed to the hospital while he was waiting to board a flight at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport. Ras Kimono reportedly died after he was moved to a second hospital in Lagos.
