President Muhammadu Buhari arrived in Daura, his hometown in Katsina state on Monday, August 20, for the Sallah celebration.
He was at the Daura Eid ground on Tuesday, August 21, to observe this year’s Eid el-Kabir. Thousands also joined the president at the Eid ground for prayers.
A large crowd gathered around him as they sang his praises.
The president was later interviewed in his Daura residence after returning from Eid ground.

The president also slaughtered rams to mark the Eid-el Kabir ritual.
