Gabonese football star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who currently plays for Premier League club Arsenal has been fined the sum of £1,250 for over speeding with his Lamborghini.
The former African best player of the year was said to have been snapped by a speed camera on the MI while driving in London.
According to the report by UK Sun, the 29-year-old former Monaco star was stopped and he was unable to explain the reason for his over speeding.
His lawyer Robert Morris also confirmed that his client admitted speeding and has tendered an apology for his act.
“He is very sorry he is in this position. He accepts he has no excuse. He uses his car to attend training and matches.
“It is the top of the bracket but is not by any stretch of the imagination the worst case of speeding,'' Morris said according to UK Sun.
This season, Aubameyang has been superb for Arsenal in the Premier League as the Gunners presently occupy sixth position on the standings with 12 points.

Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang showed off the picture of his £250,000 worth blue Aston Martin car on his Instagram page.
Last season, Aubameyang joined the Gunners during the winter transfer window from his former German league side in a £57.38 million deal and scored 10 goals in 13 matches for the club.
