- Man United fans react differently to Sanchez's attitude when he was subbed

- Marcus Rashford came on in the second half for the Chilean against Burnley

- United moved up to 12th in the league following the 2-0 victory at Turf Moor

Manchester United got back to winning ways against Burnley at Turf Moor, but not without incident.

Jose Mourinho's men work tirelessly to earn a 2-0 victory thanks to a double from Romelu Lukaku, but missed a penalty through Paul Pogba and have Marcus Rashford sent off.

Nonetheless, their second Premier League success of the season lifted them to 10th place and eased the pressure on Mourinho somewhat, even on a day when much of the focus was on the banner directed at executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward.

United's manager was in a cheerful mood after the game, but not the same can really be said for Alexis Sanchez in the second half.

The 29-year-old had a descent game providing up the first of Lukaku's brace - but when he was substituted for Rashford it was impossible to miss his reaction.

Looking downcasted, the Chilean sat down on the bench and removed the tape from his socks, throwing it on the ground.

And fans were instantly talking about his actions on social media fans, but many praised him for showing passion and a disappointment at having to go off.

Maybe Sanchez knew what was coming though, as 11 minutes later, his replacement Rashford was sent off.

Taking to his Instagram handle after the game, Sanchez did not seem too down though, simply posting "come on United" with a selection of images from the match.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had earlier reported that Manchester United defeated Burnley by 2-0 at Turf Moor in a Premier League fixture.

Two first half goals from Romelu Lukaku was all Jose Mourinho's side needed to gain all three points over Sean Dyche's men.
