The All Progressive Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in Osun state, Gboyega Oyetola, has been assured of massive votes in the Saturday, September 22 election, by market women in the state.
The traders made the disclosure during a visit by the wife of the state governor, Mrs Sherifat Aregbesola and the wife of the APC candidate, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola, to major markets in the state, The Nation reports.

NAIJ.com gathers that both women, while seeking support for the APC candidate, assured the people of good governance.
Mrs Aregbesola, while recalling her husband’s love for women, promised that they would be recognized by Oyetola, if he is elected into office. She said in order to continue the ‘good works’, the women should vote for him.
The governor’s wife also assured the traders that Oyetola had promised to ensure adequate women participation in his government.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that President Muhammadu Buhari arrived Osogbo, the Osun state capital, for the All Progressives Congress (APC) mega rally to canvass support for the party's governorship candidate, Gboyega Oyetola, ahead of the gubernatorial election.
The personal assistant to the president on new media, Bashir Ahmad, made this disclosure on his Twitter page on Tuesday, September 18.
