-Germany opened the scoring through a Toni Kroos penalty
-France rallied back and Griezmann equalized with a magnificent header
-Le Bleus completed the fantastic comeback with an 80th minute winner
Antoine Griezmann was the hero for France again on Tuesday evening as his brace sealed an excellent comeback victory over Germany.
German coach Joachim Low was already under pressure going into the contest following his side’s 3-0 loss at the hands of the Dutch a few days earlier.
Despite this, Germany took the game to the World cup winners and looked the better team for most of the first half.

The French attack looked lost for most of the first 45 minutes as their star players struggled to get into the game.
Low’s men made the most of their advantage by earning a penalty, which Toni Kroos slotted home in the 14th minute.
However, France were a different animal in the second half. Buoyed by the capacity home crowd, the likes of Kylian Mbappe and Antoine Griezmann started pulling the strings.
Le Bleus got their deserved equaliser through Griezmann. The forward adjusted brilliantly to guide home a cross drilled at him.

Unfortunately for Germany, things got even worse when France were awarded a controversial penalty.
Griezman clinically slotted the spot kick in the 80th minute but the Germans were not impressed as Mats Hummels was penalised, even though Blaise Matuidi seemed to be the guilty party.
Germany will be hoping for a swift turnaround as they face Holland again on 16th November.
NAIJ.com previously reported that Antoine Griezmann has been awarded with the UEFA Europa Player of the Year after helping Rojiblancos win the competition last season.
The 27-year-old scored two goals in the final that gave Diego Simone's side a 3-0 victory over French side Marseille.
He also had a good Russia 2018 World cup tournament after helping Didier Deschamps' side clinch their second trophy in their history.
