The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has expelled the Alhaji Ishola Balogun-Fulani led Kwara state executive from the party.

Moreover, according to a statement made by the ruling party's national publicity secretary on Sunday, September 30, Yekina Nabena, the governorship primaries in Ogun, Zamfara. Bauchi and Abia have be shifted to Monday, October 1, Daily Trust reports.
In the statement, Kwara state’s schedule of activities are as follows: Monday, October 1, for House of Assembly screening; Tuesday, October 2, for Senate primary; Wednesday, October 3, for House of Representatives primary; Thursday, October 4, for governorship primary, and Friday, October 5, for House of Assembly primary.
The party also fixed Osun state’s schedule of activities thus: Monday, October 1, to Tuesday, October 2, for House of Assembly screening; Wednesday, October 3, for House of Assembly primary; Thursday, October 4, for House of Representatives primary, and Friday, October 5, for Senate primary.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com reported that the National Working Committee (NWC) of the APC had rescheduled it governorship primaries in Lagos, Enugu and Adamawa. The mode of primaries for Enugu and Adamawa states has also been changed from indirect to direct primaries.
The information was disclosed in a press release made by the ruling party's national publicity secretary, Yekini Nabena, on Monday, October 1.
