Some 300 level students of Bowen University have been thrown out of the hostel with their things after they were involved in a fight with some Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) students.
A fight had broken out between the students when an IJMB student accused a 300 level student of splashing water on her while she was having her bath. The IJMB student had gone on to call her friends and a shouting match started between them and the 300 level students of the school.
The latter were called all sorts of names and things degenerated into a fight. An IJMB student was then said to have slapped a 300 level student.

When things were getting out of hand, the porter was notified; the 300 level students were accused and thrown out of the hostel by the supervisor. The students were sent out of the hostel with their belongings.
