Nigeria Super Eagles legend Nwanwko Kanu and Senegal legend El Hadji Diouf were both spotted visiting the Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi at his palace.
The players presented jersey's of former clubs they represented; Kanu a jersey of Arsenal while Diouf a jersey of Liverpool.

Both players have promised to raise funds for internally displaced persons afrfected by the Boko Haram insurgency in Nigeria
They used their visit to the Emir to make their intentions known.
