Premier League campaigners West Ham United have confirmed the appointment of former Manchester United coach David Moyes as the new manager of the club.
The 54-year-old Scottish professional coach has however been charged with the task of saving the club from relegation at the end of the ongoing Premier League season.
Moyes has agreed a two-and-a-half year contract at the London Stadium, and will take training for the first time today, November 7, 2017.
The deal is understood to include a £2 million bonus for steering the club to safety in the Premier League this season.

Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how West Ham United chiefs sacked Slaven Bilic as the club are not comfortable with occupying 16th position on the Premier League standings after 11 games.
