Premier League giant, Chelsea, are set to rival Manchester United for the signature of Mesut Ozil who is in his final year at Arsenal pending he pen a new deal which seems unlikely.

German outlet SportBild reported that the Stamford Bridge outfit are keeping tabs on the German who seems to be keen on a stay in the Premier League.
