Brazilian Center back, David Luiz believes his relationship with former Chelsea striker may have cost him his place in the Chelsea team.
The former PSG defender is a close pal of Costa and he admits that could be the reason why he has found himself in Conte's bad books.

Diego Costa whose relationship with Conte hit rock bottom after last season was dropped from the Chelsea squad for this season before being sold to former club Atletico Madrid.
The former Benfica man Luiz had a spat with Conte following a dressing down from Conte during a meeting last Thursday, November 2 during which the Italian picked on Luiz for his performance in the recent Champions League defeat to Roma.
Luiz was not even involved in the match-day squad of Manchester United's visit to Stamford Bridge.

After Chelsea's victory Conte admitted he is not sure about the defender's future with the Blues, as its looking like the relationship is broken beyond repair.
Although another report reaching NAIJ.com adds that Chelsea sources deny that Luiz’s friendship with Costa has anything to do with the current situation.
However Chelsea did not miss Luiz a great deal, as they went on to record a comfortable 1-0 victory over United with youngster Christensen impressing and also made sure Chelsea kept back to back clean-sheets.
