Nigerian Footballer, Obafemi Martins has donated wheelchairs, crutches and hospital beds to the Lagos State Government through his foundation.
The China-based footballer made this gesture through his Obafemi Martins Foundation.

In a statement posted on his Facebook account, Governor Ambode said: "We thank him for this act of selfless service and commitment to giving back to his fatherland especially Lagos State."
On Thursday, November 3, NAIJ.com reported that the governor donated N50m to Lagos based football club MFM FC.

The money will be used to cater for the team next season and during the 2018 CAF Champions League campaign.
MFM FC finished second behind winners Plateau United in the 2017 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season.
