Meet young and beautiful lady contesting for senatorial seat in 2019

As Nigerians consciously start preparing for the 2019 general elections, more young people are beginning to declare interest in occupying political offices.

Following the 'Not Too Young To Run' bill which was recently passed at the Nigerian National Assembly, it appears that more youths are beginning to publicly their interests to run for offices.

NAIJ.com earlier reported that a 33-year-old America-based Nigerian man, Omololu Omotosho, declared his ambition to become Nigeria’s next president, another young person, this time a woman, has indicated interest in running for a political position as well.

The woman identified as Ziyaatulhaqq Usman Tahir, shared her ambitions to represent Bauchi state at the senate level when the next general elections are held in 2019.

While letting her intentions known via her Instagram page, she said:

"I’ll be contesting for the BAUCHI SOUTH SENATORIAL SEAT COME 2019. PDP POWER... @jaaruma_empire you said I should find something that you can support abi? SENATOR ZIYAATULHAQQ USMAN TAHIR IT IS��2019 PDP."

Sharing her vision for when she is possibly elected into office, Ziyaatulhaqq wrote:

"People of Bauchi South Senatorial District, come out and vote for ZIYAATULHAQQ USMAN TAHIR

- We will give your children free education

- Mothers at home will be receiving an allowance of N100,000 monthly for their efforts in training our children

- We will stop girls from hawking and empower them

- Anyone who commits r*pe will be re-circumcised and sentenced to 25 years in jail

- We will conduct mass weddings/marriage for widows

- We will take care of orphans all through their life

- If we win, we won't leave office until we transform Bauchi South Senatorial district

- We wont leave office until we eradicate poverty, illitracy and greed

- Come 2019, come and vote for me

I'm the grandchild of Justice Aminu which I believe everyone in Bauchi is familiar with, we are the real indigenes of Bauchi.

Vote ZIYAATULHAQQ USMAN TAHIR for Bauchi South Senatorial Zone."
