APC youth group praises President Buhari for allowing his son to receive treatment in Nigeria

-A youth organisation of the All Progressives Congress (APC) commends the president for allowing his son to receive treatment in the country

- The group, through its chairman and spokeman, says it is proud to be associated with a party that is determined to eradicate corruption in the country

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth for Change United Arab Emirates has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for allowing his son to receive medical care in Nigeria.

The group referred to this gesture by the president as "exemplary leadership and heroic statesmanship.”

This was read in a statement signed by Aliyu Bala and Mohammed Quadri, the chairman and spokesman of the association.

The statement read: “We are indeed proud to be associated with the APC-led federal government on their strong determination to kill corruption that has been the bane of development over the years.”

NAIJ.com earlier reported that the Guild of Medical Directors has disclosed that Yusuf Buhari was in a stable condition, following his power bike accident.

The disclosure was made by Professor Femi Dokun-Babalola, the president of the guild.

NAIJ.com gathered that the Guild of Medical Directors is a body of private medical practitioners; and the hospital where Yusuf is currently being treated, and where he was operated upon, Cedarcrest Hospital, is a member of the association.
