Anirah stated while speaking to newsmen shortly after the just concluded PDP governors and National Working Committee meeting, Vanguard reports.
NAIJ.com gathered that Anirha charged President Buhari to take decisive steps to arrest the rampaging herdsmen who are posing security threat to the country.
He expressed displeasure with alleged double standard of the president in dealing with issues of national security.
Anirha said: “When the Indigenous People of Biafra, Niger Delta militants crises arose, they were visited with maximum force. We expect President Buhari to visit herdsmen militia with the same state force by declaring ‘Operation Cow Cry,’ like he did by declaring ‘Operation Python Dance’ and Operation Crocodile Smile’ in the south south and southeast.
“As president of a multi-ethnic country like Nigeria, he must be seen to be fair and just in action and in words, but sadly, it appears that by his inaction on the issue of herdsmen, the president is ruling the country with two sets of law, one for the Fulanis and another for the rest of us.”
“Old age might have contributed to why the president cannot act swiftly on issues threatening our national security and oneness of the country. It will be a disservice to the nation for Buhari to continue in office beyond May 29, 2019. I think that Buhari should retire from active politics in 2019 to spend more time with his grand children.”

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue state frowned at the attitudes of the federal government in tackling herdsmen and farmers crises since it started.
He said: “I have reported the persistent threat by the leadership of Miyetti Allah to President Buhari to effect their arrest but he was less concerned, now this people have done exactly what they were out for.
“For now I have put on hold all political activities to ensure that the genocide being carried by the suspected Fulani herdsmen on Benue indigenes is put to an end."
