No fewer than 36 ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive Apapa and Tin Can Island Ports in Lagos between Monday, February 12 and February 24.
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its publication, `Shipping Position’, a copy of which was made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Monday. February 12.

NPA said that the ships contained buck fertiliser, bulk sugar, empty containers, chemical bags, frozen fish, steel products, bulk gypsum and containers laden with goods.

NAIJ.com previously reported that newly trained Dangote Refinery graduate engineers promised an end to the fuel scarcity in the country when the refinery takes off.
The engineers just returned from a training programme at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd in India, the company said on Sunday, February 11.

The engineers promised to deploy the knowledge and skills acquired during the training to ensure Nigeria is saved the embarrassment of fuel scarcity when the refinery comes on stream.
Describing their experience as second to none in the history of Nigeria oil and gas sector, the engineers said never again would Nigeria experience fuel scarcity as the Dangote Refinery would be operated in the most efficient manner.
