One lucky Kenyan who is yet to be officially unveiled is the newest millionaire in town after winning the much coveted Sportpesa Mega Jackpot. The punter is set to walk away with a whopping N57.5 million, the biggest amount ever to be won in Kenya.

In a statement posted on Sportpesa's official Twitter handle on Tuesday, February 6, the betting company confirmed that they indeed had a winner for the Mega Jackpot and would be disclosed later.

The winner correctly predicted all the 17 matches on the cards for one to win the jackpot.

However, one of the matches, Troyes v Dijon had to be conducted in a public draw to determine its outcome after it was postponed.

The fortunate Kenyan becomes the second one to win the Mega Jackpot after Samuel Abisai who won N55.2 million last year.

The fashion designer also predicted all the 17 games correctly making him the first Kenyan to win the Mega Jackpot.

He subsequently launched an ambitious plan that included opening of a posh fashion studio after embarking from vacations in Europe and Asia.
