Real Madrid star Luka Modric could reunite with Jose Mourinho as Los Blancos plan to overhaul the squad in the summer, Daily Star reports.
The Croatian international has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu in recent months following concerns about his age.
Real Madrid are ready to axe a number of players at the end of the season, with reports claiming the Spanish giants will go all out for Eden Hazard, Harry Kane and PSG talisman Neymar in a world-record deal.

At 32 years of age, the former Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder moved to the Bernabeu in 2012 and have since then held his own the midfield which have made him more defensively minded inspite of his attacking prowess.
Modric has won a number of trophies in his colourful career with Los Merengues including three Champions League trophies, one La Liga, a Copa del Rey, three Super Cups, three UEFA Super Cups and a host of individual awards for club and country.
