Nigeria's U-17 Women football team played out a 1 - 1 draw with their Cameroonian counterpart which saw them crash out in the FIFA U-17 World Cup qualification.

The Flamingos woes started when they played out a 2 - 2 draw with Cameroon in Benin city which means they will have to head to the return bearing they needed a win to secure World Cup place.

Alice Kameni got the opener for the host in the 16th minutes which meant the Flamingos had to score at least two goals to qualify, but the Cameroonians held on for a half time lead.
