After being handed a 16-month suspended prison term for tax fraud, Manchester United striker Alexis Sanchez arrived training on Wednesday, February 7, in a sad mood.
The former Arsenal star was photographed in his car outside United's Aon training complex, alongside other stars including David De Gea, Romelu Lukaku, and Paul Pogba.
But the good news for the ex Barcelona man is that he will not spend a minute inside prison as he is said to have agreed to pay back the money over his image right.

Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Manchester United striker Alexis Sanchez was sentenced to 16 months in prison for tax fraud, but will not serve any time behind bars as there is an option to pay up and avoid jail time.
The Chilean international was found guilty of defrauding the Spanish government of £890k in image rights while playing for Barcelona between 2012 and 2013.
Sanchez's legal team reached an agreement whereby the football star will repay the money owed plus interest after admitting that he falsified the sale of his image rights to a foreign company in order to avoid paying tax.
