Nigerians are talented and creative. Many Nigerians are out there trying to use their God’s given talent and creativity to make a living daily.
Despite the talent we have, some Nigerians are still not opened to the idea of patronizing some locally made goods.
The fact that more of imported goods do better in the market than locally made goods makes it difficult for small scale businesses to survive but many brave and talented entrepreneurs have refused to let it stop them from making their dreams come true.
A Nigerian cobbler identified as Babajide Kacks Sodimu took to social media to show off his skills. The young cobbler asked Nigerians to purchase his made in Nigeria shoes, stating that they are far better than the Italian shoes they buy.
Sodimu noted that the shoes he designs are made of magic. He urged Nigerians to buy his shoes that are made right where they are instead of going through the trouble of shipping.

He said: “My name is Babajide Kacks Sodimu and I'm a shoemaker. I build magic from nothing. Don't go to Italy, we mould it right here."
