Spanish League giants Real Madrid are plotting to make a shocking move to sign Juventus target, Emre Can this summer.

The 24-year-old, whose contract with Liverpool expires this summer, is reported to have sealed a deal to join the Italian club side at the end of this season according to Tribal Football.
