Chelsea's chances of securing a top four finish in the Premier League suffered another setback as visiting Tottenham ran away with a 3-1 win at Stamford Bridge.

Alvaro Morata got the first goal of the match courtesy of a cross from Victor Moses as the Spaniard rose highest to head home and put the score at 1-0 in favour of Conte's side.

Christian Eriksen's stunner levelled matters right on stroke of half-time at Stamford Bridge with a 25-yard stunner which completely beat the keeper.

Tottenham were looking the likely team to score as Eric Dier's long pass found Dele Alli who was one-on-one with the Thibaut Courtois and tucks it away as it became 2-1 to Spurs' advantage.

Alli scored his brace as a poor clearance from Andreas Christensen found its way into the England international's path as he puts it away to complete Spurs 3-1 victory.

Chelsea are now eight points off the pace from fourth placed Tottenham and with seven games to go, it could be over for Conte's side to play Champions League football next season.

Conte's future at the club now hangs in the balance as the Italian manager could be heading for the exit at the end of the season.

The victory was also Tottenham's first win at Stamford Bridge in Premier League history, ending a run of 25 visits without a win there in the competition that lasted for 28 years.
