Few days to the kickoff of the 2018 FIFA World Cup championship, the Golden Boot for this year highest goals scorer in Russia has been revealed.
Colombia international James Rodriguez won the last edition of the competition after netting six goals in the last edition of the tourney in Brazil.
Other players who have won the prestigious prize in the past competitions are Ronaldo, Gary Lineker and Miroslav Klose.

The Golden Boot was unveiled in Moscow's TsUM department store ahead of the tournament's highly-anticipated kick-off on June 14.
Featuring the German sportswear giant's signature three stripes across the front, the award appears to be based on the adidas X 18+ boot.
Meanwhile, players contending for the prize that is presented to the top scorer at each World Cup finals will have to outscore others at the tournament.
Germany's Thomas Muller claimed the prize in South Africa in 2010 after he burst onto the international scene with five goals.

Daily Mail reports that Barcelona’s Lionel Messi, Neymar, Antoine Griezmann, Gabriel Jesus and Harry Kane have been tipped as top contenders to claim the prize, according to bookmakers.
Though Messi got to the final of the last edition but didn’t win the prize, however, he will be hoping to finally win the World Cup title that has eluded him throughout his career.
While Neymar is keen to make amends for the disappointing way he ended the 2014 tournament on home soil with an injury.
Timo Werner, Cristiano Ronaldo, Romelu Lukaku, Diego Costa and Luis Suarez are also expected to be in the hunt.
