The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olusola Kolapo Eleka, has eventually cast his vote after few hours of card reader gits

may have difficulty voting as the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC)'s card reader has failed to read his Permanent Voters Card (PVC).
