Jose Mourinho is keen to secure the signature of the former Pachuca winger Hirving Lozano who had a good outing at the World Cup with Mexico.
Manchester United are preparing a £35.4m offer for the PSV Eindhoven attacker who scored 19 times for the Dutch side as well as assisting 11 last season.

Lozano is under contract at PSV until 2023 after signing from Pachuca last summer and it could well take an increased offer to lure him away from the Eredivisie.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had earlier revealed that Manchester United have completed the signing of Brazilian midfielder Fred.
The Red Devils took to their social media page to unveil the holding midfielder who also represented his country at the World Cup.
