Chelsea have opened talks for summer a possible move for Inter Milan midfielder Matias Vecino, reports say.
The Blues have signed only two players this summer and will be looking to bolster Maurizio Sarri’s squad with a number of new additions before the window closes.
Sarri is keen to sign a centre-back, another midfielder and a striker before the August 9, deadline day.

According to the Evening Standard,the Uruguayan star has emerged as Sarri’s primary target in midfield and Chelsea began talks over a deal this weekend, .
The reports claim Sarri has asked Chelsea’s board to secure a deal for the 26-year-old, who is valued at £31m, as he believes he can adopt to his style of play.
Sarri worked with Vecino at Empoli and views he is an upgrade on current midfield options Tiemoue Bakayoko and Danny Drinkwater.
Bakayoko who struggled to adapt to the demands of the Premier League but wants to stay in west London.
However Drinkwater has acknowledged he must move in the next week to revive his international career.

Chelsea asked Inter Milan about a possible deal for Vecino after their pre-season friendly against the club over the weekend.
The west London club are also believed to have submitted a bid for the Juventus defender Mattia Caldara.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had earlier reported that Chelsea are looking to beat Liverpool to the signing of Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic.
