Let’s get one thing out of the way first. For all those asking ‘Is Priyanka Chopra married?’, the answer is ‘no’ (for now). Even though Priyanka Chopra age is significant enough to start a family, this international sensation has not yet had a relationship that would take her to the altar. For the longest time, her personal life was shrouded in mystery. Until quite recently.
You see, not that long ago, Nick Jonas has seemingly popped the question to Priyanka (at least according to People, as well as several other reputable news sources). But how did that happen? When should we expect a Priyanka Chopra marriage? Let’s talk about that.

Until the year 2017, Priyanka Chopra biography did not sport any big love stories. Maybe because the actress was really good at hiding her personal life, maybe because she actually did not have any significant relationships in her lifetime, who knows. However, last year, the rumour mill started running when the actress appeared at Met Gala 2017 with Nick Jonas.
It turned out that the two met through a mutual friend of theirs that was also in Quantico, Chopra’s co-star Graham Rogers, who Jonas knew from 2015 movie ‘Careful What You Wish For’. Nick and Priyanka quickly figured out that they would both be attending the Met Gala wearing outfits from Ralph Lauren, so they decided to go together.

May 1, 2017 came along, and Chopra appeared at Met Gala in her iconic trench coat/gown with an enormous tail and Nick Jonas was right there at her side, looking handsome as always. The two looked stunning together, so it was unsurprising when people began thinking that they were dating.
However, things did not move quite as fast as you might have expected. When Priyanka appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she recalled the event, dismissing the rumours about them dating and claiming that their decision to go together was mostly spontaneous. After that, things were quiet til the following year.

A little over a year later, on May 25, 2018, the rumours resumed, as Jonas and Chopra attended the live performance of Beauty and the Beast at the Hollywood Bowl together, and just a day after, they were seen at L.A. Dodgers game. Later, they were also seen hanging out together on Memorial Day with a group of friends. This could be construed as just two people hanging out, no romance involved, if not for the events that happened later.
On May 31, the two were spotted in West Hollywood having a romantic dinner. This time, they seemed more affectionate than simply two friends grabbing a bite. They added fuel to the fire with their comments on each other’s Instagram posts (@priyankachopra and @nickjonas), as both of them left hearts and cute little notes under the photos of one another.

To make things even more confusing, Nick took Priyanka to his cousin’s wedding, where she got to meet his family. Apparently, this was a big step for him, as most of his previous relationship have not been this serious. Yet, neither he, nor Chopra said anything about their relationship on their social media or to the press.

That said, when Priyanka took Nick to meet her family in India, it became obvious that the two were definitely more than just friends. They took their sweet love to the streets of Mumbai, as many fans spotted them showing affection for one another. The actress was also seen wearing Jonas’ ring, although it did not look like an engagement ring (not yet).
By the end of June, both celebrities gave up on trying to be secretive about their relationship. Jonas posted a video of Priyanka with a smiley face with heart eyes, and Chopra posted a photo of Nick and her brother to her Instastory, where she called them her two favourite men.

After their trip to India, the two went to Brazil, where the singer had his concert. They were spotted numerous times being all touchy-feely with each other, and when her man performed on stage, the actress supported him from the audience and took many videos of him.
Now, when Nick and Priyanka were spotted hanging out with Nick’s brother Joe and his fiancée Sophie Turner in July, fans went into frenzy. The two couples were first seen on a double date in New York City, where they went on a bike trip, and later, they appeared at a London restaurant, along with the third Jonas brother, Kevin.

While they were there, Chopra and Jonas also met with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Megan Markle and Prince Harry. This was another sign that things were getting mighty serious, which was why what happened next was not that big of a surprise.
If you are as big of a fan of Priyanka Chopra as we are, you probably know that her birthday is on July 18. What you might not know, however, is that she reportedly got engaged to Nick right on her birthday this year!
It took the media almost two weeks to report on this occasion, as the first news about the engagement appeared only on July 27, but it is understandable, as the happy couple is yet to announce this officially. And taking into account that Priyanka promised numerous times to tell her fans when she gets married, we think that she will do it soon.

Even though they have not been together for that long and the age difference between them is quite significant, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas look good together. It seems like they make each other happy and that is all that matters. Hopefully, we will hear from them soon on their engagement to make it official, but we can barely contain our excitement!
