The Presidential Support Group (PSG) of Buhari 2019 has condemned an allegation leveled against its chairman, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff.
Sheriff was accused of working as a mole planted by the opposition PDP in order to scuttle the ruling APC’s chances in 2019 is mischievous.
Daily Trust reports that the secretary of the group, Kassim Muhammed Kassim, said the allegation which was credited to a former commissioner for Information in Borno state, Inuwa Bwala.

Kassim added that the allegation was nothing but a deceit calculated to serve the interest of those against the re-election bid of President Buhari.
The group's secretary noted that Sheriff’s appointment as the chairman of PSG was as a result of his dedication to the re-election bid of President Buhari.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had reported that President Buhari and the APC national chairman were warned to be wary of former governor of Borno state, Ali Modu Sheriff.
The warning was contained in an interview published on Wednesday, August 29,caliming that Sheriff's aim of joining the ruling party is to manipulate President Buhari, Oshiomhole, and the presidency.

The ex-deputy governor said what Sheriff wants is for the presidency and the APC to make him the arrowhead of Buhari’s campaign in Borno state.
