Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA) 2018 has come and gone but not without the wonderful memories that will etch on the minds of viewers and fans till the next episode of the entertainer's recognition event.

On September 1, all the pretty and handsome faces in the entertainment industry gathered to honour their own. While some unpleasantness happened such as; the host, Ik Osakioduwa upsetting some social media users with a statement about 'irresponsible ladies' and having to apologise for it.

To an apparent theft in which Wofai Fada lost her iphone 7, after she revealed it was allegedly snatched by some fans who wanted to take a photo with her. It was all packed with drama. However, some famous faces were missed on the red carpet and even warranted an explanation that Mercy Aigbe decided to talk about.

All that however cannot be compared to thrill of the entire event. From massive winnings to memorable speeches, AMVCA2018 was packed with a lot of fun stuff.

One of the highlights of the evening, surprisingly, was the fact that the entire Nollywood showed looking super fabulous. In fact, every moment on the red carpet was a huge one. From hairstyles, to glamorous dresses and fancy shoes, we saw it all at the special occasion.

There's no doubt that Nigerian celebrities know how to show up killing the show following their choice of slayage on the red carpet. Even so, some celebs took it to a whole new level.
