Chelsea captain Tim Cahill has been linked with a move to Championship side Aston Villa but face competition from Watford, according to reports.
The ex-England international has failed to make Maurizio Sarri's starting XI in the Blues' opening five games this season.
A number of clubs have made their interest known in the 32-year-old with a move away from Stamford Bridge is likely.

The former Bolton center-half is in his final year of his contract and will be available for free next summer, which would favour Villa's financial predicament.
Sport Witness quoted French media outlet La Gazette des Transferts, that the Championship club are considering to make a move for the defender.
Premier League side Watford are also looking to sign the hugely experienced defender at the expense of defensive duo Miguel Britos and Younes Kaboul, who are out of contract at the end of the season.
French Ligue 1 sides Marseille and Bordeaux are also monitoring the Englishman as well as La Liga side Sevilla.
Cahill could be handed a start in Chelsea's Europa League tie against Greek side PAOK Salonika after being overlooked for the likes of David Luiz, Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.

England duo of Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Ross Barkley could also be given a place in the starting lineup, as both look to impress their new Italian boss.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had earlier reported that Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has reportedly threatened to quit Stamford Bridge when the January transfer window opens unless he gets regular playing time at Stamford Bridge.
Since new Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri took over the Blues, the 32-year-old Cahill has not played a single minute under the Italian football coach.
