This unidentified Nigerian man was spotted doing something illegal and dangerous at the same time in Badore, Ajah, area of Lagos state.
In the video, the man was seen trying to connect a wire to the connections from an electric pole using a stick. The man who seemed to be young stood on a fence of a building to reach the pole connections with his stick and wire.
