A member of the Norseman Confraternity weds his lovely wife in colourful ceremony

- The grooms and his friends appeared in their full regalia, dressed in red, black and white colours, wearing black and red berets and holding swords

- De Norseman Kclub is said to be a confraternity registered with Corporate Affairs Commission and have legal status as an NGO

In what appears to be a rather odd way to celebrate one's wedding, a member of De Norseman Kclub tied the knot with his lovely bride decking up in what appeared to be the national uniform for the confraternity. The groom and his friends were dressed in red, white and black colours, wearing berets and holding swords.

The bride however wore a simple lovely red dress, perhaps to go with the groom's attire. A Facebook user identified as Chinenye Nwabueze shared the news on social media.

He took to his Facebook page to write: "Society & Style! Norsemen Confraternity Members Attend Wedding Of Their Member With Swords (Photos);...> This may look odd but a member of the Norsemen confraternity tied the knot to his lovely bride in a very colorful wedding yesterday. A member of the De Norsemen Kclub of Nigeria popularly known as Norsemen confraternity tied the knot to his lovely bride in a very colorful wedding (literally) yesterday. The confraternity members who donned white, red and black attire with their swords – came in their numbers to show support for their top member at his wedding. De Norsemen Kclub is said to be a confraternity registered with Corporate Affairs Commission and have legal status as an NGO.

Although the brotherhood is said to be a non-violent society with registered branches across the country, some people however do not believe this should be accepted in the society claiming it is no different from the cult groups in varsities contributing to the vices of the country.
