Chelsea make it 7 home victories in a row with 5-0 victory over Stoke City

- Chelsea hosted off-colour Stoke side at the Stamford Bridge

- The Blues were looking for their seventh consecutive home win and they did it emphatically with a 5-0 win

- The victory sees Chelsea leapfrog Manchester United into second position till United take on Southampton

Goals from Rudiger, Drinkwater, Pedro, Willian and Zappacosta gave Premier League Champions a 5-0 victory against Stoke City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, December 30.

Antonio Conte's men went into the game knowing a victory will make them leapfrog Manchester United into second place for the time been.

They opened the scoring within the first three minutes of the game when Rudiger met a beautiful cross from Willian.

Stoke thought they pulled one back when Diouf put the ball into the Chelsea's net but it was ruled out for offside.

Chelsea started the second half very bright as they got a fourth and fifth goal. Willian won a penalty stood up and converted it for the Blues fourth, before Zappacosta added his first League goal of the season with a well timed shot to cap off a good display from Chelsea.

The victor makes it seven straight home wins for Antonio Conte's men. And even without Eden Hazrd they showed they could score goals with the Belgian
