Chelsea are reportedly ready to reignite their interest in Spanish striker Fernando Llorente who joined Tottenham from Swansea last summer.
The Premier League champions were close to signing the former Juventus striker before he opted for Chelsea's London rival Tottenham.

Chelsea who are in search for another striker with summer signing Alvaro Moarata struggling for form and substitute striker Batshuayi off clolour Conte is desperate for another number 9.

Conte who has also being linked with Westham's Andy Carroll but they have however being warned by their fans not to sign the former Liverpool man.
The Italian is keen to form a reunion at Stamford Bridge with Llorente, whom he knows well from the duo's time at Italian champions Juventus and he is a cheaper alternative.
Llorente would also provide an alternative tactical option since he can both play instead of Morata and with him in a two.

Whether Spurs would be willing to sell is another issue, especially since Mauricio Pochettino has been such a vocal admirer of Llorente’s style and influence on his squad
Chelea have been a shadow of what they were last season lying in fourth position on the Premier League log 15 points behind leaders Manchester City.
