The governor of Kebbi state, Atiku Bagudu, has said that the ruling party is set to ensure that President Muhammadu Buhari is re-elected as Nigeria's president come 2019.
Bagudu said members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kebbi state is ready for fight anybody with their Permanent Voters Card (PVCs) to ensure the re-election of President Buhari.
Daily Trust reports that Bagudu said the president was adopted for 2019 presidential election in the state because of his selfless efforts to restore the lost glory of Nigeria.

He also said that the people of Kebbi state is also ready to ensure the president completes that mandate which has been given to him.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that in preparation for the 2019 general election, former president Olusegun Obasanjo visited Goodluck Jonathan and his wife, Patience.

Obasanjo was at the Otuoke home of Jonathan in Ogbia local government area, Bayelsa state.
Although details of the visit were still sketchy, his recent actions may soon draw varied opinions from the political circle.
