Cristiano Ronaldo failed to score in the second game running for Juventus as the Turin giants recorded a comfortable 2-0 win over Lazio.
Wojciech Szczesny was put to test in the early exchanges of match but a the Polish number one had a shot from Senad Lulic covered.
The Biaconeri had a slow start into the match as Simone Inzaghi's side did not give the home team space to pass the ball around comfortably.
However, Sami Khedira slammed his shot against the upright in Juve's first real threat on goal after reacting better to a pass meant for Ronaldo.

Max Allegri's side finally got off their mark with a superb strike from Miralem Pjanic who swung his right-foot from a headed assist from Blaise Matuidi into the left-hand corner to make it 1-0.
Juve were the more confident side in the first half as they went into the break with a 1-0 lead.
Ronaldo tried his luck from a free-kick in the 62nd minute but his shot could not go past the wall of the Lazio defence.
Minutes later, a header from the Portugal international went off target as Ronaldo began to get frustrated in the match.
The former Real Madrid man got the fans onto the edge of their seats after he unleashed a bullet of a shot but Thomas Strakosha produced an outstanding save.

Mario Mandzukic made it 2-0 in the 74th minute after Ronaldo missed from close range to tuck the ball into an empty net.
Allegri's men were the better team on the night as they continued their winning start in the new Serie A season.
